What's TPS?
TPS（Toyota Production System）
Eliminating MUDA
TPS is based on the thought of “eliminating Muda”, pursuing efficiency and systemized the general manufacturing. Regard GENCHI GENBUTSU as the supreme and implement eliminating Muda based on pragmatism to constantly develop.
The thoughts of TPS are widely utilized at non-manufacturing industries; publishing, construction, service, government office and others, not to mention manufacturing industry.
About TPS
There are two types of examination; “Individual” and “Plant (GBM; Global Bench Marking)
Certification about “Process KAIZEN in manufacturing dept.
TPS (Toyota Production System or Lean Production System)
① TPS
This is the system that is based on the thought of “eliminating Muda”, pursuing efficiency and systemized the general manufacturing. Regard GENCHI GENBUTSU as the supreme, and implement eliminating Muda based on pragmatism. And this production system constantly develops (Kaizen never end).
②TPS Certificate
The purpose of the certificate is to understand TPS correctly and to utilize TPS through practice. It evaluates if you can use TPS practically as Global Sense of Values and Global Standard. It becomes Global Certification.
③Foster TPS instructors
The purpose is to foster real TPS instructors by educating and training of leadership and practical achievement of Kaizen, and certificating them to spread improvement activities of TPS.

Note: We give Certification to person who passes each examination.
※Observer
・Writing test: A person who are recognized by executives or a higher-rank person of TMS&TPS Certificate Institution.
・Practice test: A person who are appointed from among instructors of TMS&TPS Certificate Institution.
※Certification starts from Grade-4. Please ask about Grade-3 after passing Grade-4.
Company (plant) Certification Test
GBM (Global Bench Marking) that was made by TMS&TPS Certificate Institute: Analyze the plant based on plant evaluation.
Evaluate the plant based on the basic of T-TPS.
① Clarify the global level of your company.
② Clarify the strengths and weakness of your company.
③ Find improvement point and reform your factory
④ Clarify vision and future target of your factory
